I'm a big fan of ginger and this cocktail didn't disappoint. Has a fiery kick perfect for a refreshing drink on a summers day or warming for a winters evening.

Hard (Tea) to Fault
DON'T FORGET TO TURN THE CAN BEFORE DRINKING. First time I tried this, I liked it, but I was a bit disappointed that there wan't that Ginger kick I was hoping for. But by the time I'd got to the bottom... there was that kick. As it says on the can 'To mix, invert gently. Open with care'. This made all the difference. The perfect ginger hit second time round, beautifully balanced with the rum, lemon and tea.
